Background:
Tania has many years’ experience working with large and small enterprises specialising in learning, leadership development and culture change. She has held Consulting and Management roles during this time initially focusing on team performance and development then moving into Leadership performance and development to help drive organise wide culture change. Tania has held operational leader roles within the hospitality industry, organisational development roles in the transport and finance industries and not for profits.
