Col held organisational leadership roles in Australia and Europe which has provided extensive experience working at strategic, operational and project levels.  Drawing on this experience of leading geographically dispersed. He has vast experience in leadership, organisational development and operations in retail, production, logistics and maintenance industries, As a General Manager, Col has proven abilities to form strong positive relationships with individuals and leaders to quickly sift through the mass of information to get to what will make a difference to their performance.
