Our Approach to Teaming:

What is
Team Coaching?
Team coaching involves a coach working with a team to improve their collective performance. The coach works with the team and through a cocreated process the team will begin a reflective process to work towards building stronger clarity on team goals, team cohesion, psychological safety, teamwork alignment, communication, team operating rhythms and reflective learning. The end result is a movement towards sustainable effective performance.
How It Works
Initial Assessment
Understanding the team’s current dynamics, strengths, and areas for improvement. We use a number of methods to assist teams in collecting data to explore areas for improvement. Some of these methods include utilising formalised team diagnostic evaluation tools as well as bespoke qualitative surveys.
Team Development Intention
Collaboratively setting clear, achievable intentions aligned with the organization’s objectives.
Interactive Sessions
Using systemic reflective methods to facilitate team discussions, action learning and problem solving.
Ongoing Support

All teams comprise multiple personalities and relationships. One role of the team coach is to help the team enhance its capacity to manage its interpersonal dynamics in service of becoming more effective.
